LOC files can't be read by a Garmin Etrex. 3rd party software is needed to convert to GPX.
Both my Garmin Etrex will read .loc files. They do not need to be converted to GPX.

Since you are not PM you'll have to manually enter coordinates. You can't get GPX files as a member anyway.
There is no need to manually enter coordinates. Members can download .loc files containing coordinates.

Possibly GC30VVT, but that was archived in 2013

One possibility, and it's a long shot, is that it's GC3MYW6, which is owned by diggles1972, but has gone missing from it's correct location.

The Geosquare Series may be worth looking at.

Waypoint Downloads
To download geocaches, check the box to the left of each listing you wish to download. When you're done, click the download button to the right.
Since the last GC site update this feature no longer works! There have been no changes to my equipment, I have got other cachers to check this download feature for me and they have found the same problem. I have also checked the 'Help Centre' and the forums, which unbelievably have no information that this problem exists.
It works ok for me. Select the caches I want, type in the CAPTCHA code, then press the Download Waypoints button.

I am considering purchasing a "Premium" membership, however I do not know whether my Etrex H is up to accepting multi downloads.
At the moment I can download one cache at a time, then have to disconnect and start again.
You should be able to download the details for multiple caches (at the same time) to an eTrex H without being a Premium member. If you go to a screen displaying multiple caches, you can select the caches you want, then download a single .loc file containing details of the selected caches. It's not as good as being a premium member and being able to create PQs, but it may be of use to you.
