I tried contact@geocaching.com. I got a ticket number. It said that a "staff member would review it and reply accordingly." So far, no word and I still cannot renew.

I did not see which cache you made your milestone 1k, was it the one that you wanted??

They must not like my aftershave either. I have been trying all week to renew. I have tried PayPal and different credit cards. They all give me the same response, "Processing Error."
