I'm not sure if I understood correctly, but you can download it to your phone and then upload it to your Onedrive using the Onedrive app.

Any news about this installing issue on W10M? Our family has no WP8 phones left, all phones are w10m and none of us has working installation, because install button is greyed in the store. Accounts have been checked, so how do we tackle this problem?

Ok, I tried installing Geowigo on 920 + wp10 and installation was successful + app seems to function (havent tried with caches yet). But then when I tried it with 820 + wp10 I wasnt able to install it at all. Store says that Geowigo isnt available anymore?

Has anyone had success installing Geowigo on WP10? Thank you for developing this app!
