  1. Sounds great to me, too! Once the coin is over here in Germany it can travel very quick by mail.
  2. How long will it be possible to join the group? I might get a job in the near future, and then I would love to have new GeoJellies. But I can't join now because they cost way too much for someone without a job
  3. This is a very beautiful coin! And you are very generous to give them away as gifts!!!
  4. I am planning to find my 2000th cache on sunday But I guess it's too late to play???
  5. I would love to help in Germany, if you want to have them here in Europe, too...
  6. Great to see that the Bug is still around! Congrats to all who were bitten recently!!! I wasn't aware that there is a golden bug out there now, too. Looks great!
  7. Still no word that the mission I sent was received
  8. I love night caches! And of course I would love to find this wonderful coin in my cache (but it is not a night cache...)
  9. I have been assured that your package is the the hands of the mail people. It should be there soon. Yes, I got my package just before I left home I just didn't have the chance to post here, but contacted my secret santa to let her know that I got it just in time I got a wonderful package: a card, a chocolate reindeer, and some wrapped little secrets: I was shocked when I unwrapped all the little packages Candy canes, a logbook, a keyring, two great pins, a special Christmas Pathtag, a Poker Chip Coin, and... a Northern Planisphere Coin Thanks so much, this is a coin that I wanted for so long but couldn't afford Thanks so much, Wendy And Happy New Year to everyone!!!
  10. I haven't received my package yet, and I haven't heard that the package I sent was received I am leaving home tomorrow morning for the holidays and can't check my mail for the next days.
  11. As I can't edit my posts anymore... I finally got the adoptation request for the buttermilk benchmark coin, thanks a lot!
  12. I haven't received an adoptation request for "my" coin (the buttermilk benchmark) yet I hope it wasn't sent to "Steinwaelzer" which is another German cacher (who found one cache, released one TB and then lost interest in caching) but not me.
  13. This is a great idea. I am in and would love to see that Buttermilk Benchmark coin travelling! I have a copper Walpurgis Event 2008 Coin that will start its journey in Germany. Edit: Adoptation request sent to paganfrog!
  14. Oh, I missed so much while I was away from the forum! This is a beautiful coin with a great message Congratulations to all who received one!!!

  19. I am back here to check if there was a christmas mission. No money to buy or trade coins at the moment, but I need a cheer up, so a mission for christmas is the right thing I was disappointed at first to see that I had missed the deadline, but then I discovered that there was a second chance for people like me who were late 1. Participating: Yes, email sent 11/17/09 2. Received Name: 3. Mission Complete: 4. Package Received!: I will not be able to do much trading for a coin from a wish-list, but I will do my best to send a great mission anyway.
  20. That were great news in my mailbox when the message from my watchlist arrived that the coin arrived at its destination cache and a few days later that it was picked up! My coin is still alive and due to the last log on its way to Germany... I hope it will arrive one day! (Yes, I am still alive, but no work and no money for coins... )
  21. Thanks, that's it! I just haven't searched so far back for those logs, I have no idea why the log date changed during the transfer... I tried to log on May 3rd 3 times with problems during the transfer and because the log didn't show (well, it did, but not where I expected it to be...) AND the coin that I tried to log was still in my inventory I believed that the log failed completely. Thanks for your help!
  22. Hi, I had some internet problems while logging GC187BY. The first two attempts resulted in a blank page, and on the cache site no log appeared. The third time I tried to log my find everything was fine. Now I found out that I have 2 finds more than found caches, and with the help of GSAK I found out that there is one log but 3 finds in the database for this cache. I have no idea where the other two finds are hidden in the GPX file that I download to GSAK, but they are there. And they are in the Groundspeak database. I would like to have a clean statistic, so how can I get rid of those two finds for that cache? Thanks, Steinwälzer
  23. Today my coins arrived And I almost immediately found my name What a great feeling to be on this coin! Thanks again for this opportunity and for all this hard work!!!
  24. I have been away from the forum for quite a while. I am currently back to school, living in another city during the week, and my whole life is quit busy and complicated. It is not easy to be away from home for so long. No time for coins, and limited time for caching. I guess I missed a lot of great coins, fun missions, and great stories around new (and old) mystery coins Last week, after a long time, I made two trades. So I wasn't surprised to find a bubble mailer in my mailbox today. But I was confused that the stamps were from the Netherlands! I wasn't expecting any coins from the Netherlands! You can't imagine how surprised I was when I found a little package inside with a lion printed on it, which contained a really beautiful coin that I had never heard of Thanks so much!!! This coin is very special to me.... receiving a mystery coin is always a great feeling, but this time it gives me the feeling that I am not forgotten by the community even after a long time that I have been away. Thank you. And tomorrow will be a special day as a geocacher, if everything works, I will log my 1000th find tomorrow (it will be a D5/T5 cache). Perfect timing for such a wonderful gift! THANK YOU again, for the coin and everything involved with it
  25. Both your incoming missions have been confirmed as sent.... Get someone to check your mailbox.... You might be surprised. YES! I got an E-Mail late yesterday in the evening from my better half who told me that there were three coin mailers for me, one from New Zealand, one from the UK and one from Germany! (I am also participating in a German coin mission, so I guess that's the third one). I will confirm my "Mission received" when I finally have them in hand, but I guess they both arrived Can't wait to get home on friday...
