  6. I have not been getting emails for my tb's, but today I did not get an owner notification to one of my caches been found. However I got emails for other caches that were found today.
  7. They cant get rid of kml. I shall stick with the old version, as my sat nav only take poi's as kml files, and I like having the caches on the sat nav especially in a strange area.
  8. My daughter sent one in have you recieved it? If not will resend again. She had great fun doing it.
  9. Close to dereham is the netherd moor series, thats a nice area, and a great circular walk, it also uses several different hiding techniques so would be a great place to start. I am not that far away, and happy to help, pm me if you have any questions.
  10. What part of Norfolk are you from? Nice to see you back beds clangers.
  11. They are called Muttluks. We were given them a couple of years ago when visiting USA, previously Caesar has been very diffident about them, but it was like he suddenly realised what they were for this week. For snow in the UK he really doesn't need them, however, as a working dog, he gets to travel with me and the stuff they put on pavements to melt ice and snow can be rather bad for the paws if they are walking any distance in it and there is no opportunity to wash their feet right afterwards. Hence the practise this week Last time we were in Washington DC it was the coldest I have ever experienced with a windchill of minus 20 or something, and his feet really didn't fare well. I'd imagine for a dog with an allergy they may well be the answer. They do feel strange for a dog at first, so if you try them, make sure you have some high value treats to hand for bribery rewards! many thanks
  12. Where did you get those doggy boots, they are just what we need for Sam, hes allergic to grass and has a terrible time with his feet.
  13. Country walking magazine described it as the fastest growing sport, so thats good enough for me!
  14. Does anyone know a cacher called lanz86. they took 2 coins I had placed in Fort canning park, and so far have not moved them on or responded to any emails. I just wondered if they where ok or if anyoen knew them.
  15. There is a reserve on them anyhow, which I think has to be a minimum of £50 on ebay.
  16. This one is also worth a few smiles http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_detai...5a-4fc45871c0b8
  17. Another one by the same person made us smile http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_detai...e6-2c25fad6e3ff
  18. I am so sorry to hear that, we lost one of our dogs in feb, and I still miss him every day. Hugs to you all.
  19. What a shame, that a few spoil it for the rest. Modding is very hard, you just cant please everyone, its a shame that those that shout the loudest cause the most problems
  20. I would like the listings to say how far a walk they are, especially multis, as sometimes with little ones they can prove to be just too far. Thats doesn't make them a bad cache, and we enjoy the long ones, but sometimes after a days caching, we cant finish a long multi that we would have enjoyed the most as the kids are too tired.
  21. We take the dog, and if people are taking notice of us say "hurry up and find your ball"
  22. I am pleased it was closed. And like us 4 and jess find the regional forums more friendly, its threads like the muggle this one that puts me off posting here.
  23. I am ready to be shot down, but i quite like the idea of knowing where loos are, as we cache with our children and have lost count of the amount of times we have needed to find a loo, having a cache there would help especially when caching on holiday.
