Can you have just one stop for an AL or should it be a Virtual?

Is anyone out there having a problem with the information transferred from their GPX file on the computer to the Magellan Explorist GC? It seems I can get almost all the information needed to cross over EXCEPT the "Details" section of the cache. Help would be much appreciated......thanks in advance
