Bought 2 - SNN5588A - Ebay for about $10 - one is charging right now - took about 2 1/2 weeks from Florida. How accurate is the battery status indicator?

Just a followup to this... I wasn't able to find any batteries at the London Princess Auto store, so I checked a few phone/cellular store. On average they wanted about $50 to order me in a battery. Forget that. So off to Ebay I went, and picked up 2 batteries for $0.99, plus $6 shipping to Canada. I received them yesterday and they work great. Highly recommended to anyone that is tired of swapping out AAA's all the time! Which battery number did you purchase?

Thanks for the battery tip - I will be heading out to our local Princes Auto to take a look. Update - no cell phone batteries there of any type.
