Icepick....but be sure not to leave it in the cache !!!
Seriously I would contact the cache owners and see if they would except your find without signing the log.

must be the van down by the river....LOL
-
Way to go Carleen...you found a avatar that really fits the smurfy theme !!!
-
Driving to a cache site is a way of life here...nearest one is about 30 miles one way... a little too far for my 13 yr. old buddy.
-
Falling is always a possibility, and if there are any bushes in the way (here it is cactus) that can get a little hair raising, but on the whole, with care the lower difficulty caches are not really dangerous.
-
Hmmmmm. Does that make me FLASHER SMURF?
ROFLMAO.... but you might get arrested for that !
-
ahem.... THE SMURF

Does this mean I need to change my avatar already?
Well...unless you want carleen to bonk you on the head with her HUGE boyfriend I think you should consider it...LOL
-
I think its been a good blend of fun and information today !
-
How about we all do the Sparky tomorrow???
I've got a better idea...we should all get our own Smurf avatar! I claim the saxophone smurf...

Add the milage of caching in New Mexico (traveling far distances to find caches) <snip>
Aren't you down near Las Cruces somwhere? Make a day-trip to Albuquerque and you'll get plenty of finds to make it worth it. I've already done most of the Albuquerque caches, so I'll need to head down south to add several finds in one day.
Nope not Cruces, Artesia.
There are not alot of cachers down around here, so cache growth is slow.
I placed two and a virtual this weekend, but there is a limit to how many we are willing to do because of distance. Two of my caches are 60 miles from here, but they are on a route we take frequently.
And Albuquerque is not a day trip for us....LOL
Between caching and shopping its at least 3 days...

oh no! soon it will be cats and smurfs living together. IT'S ANARCHY I TELL YOU, ANARCHY!!!!!!
Sparky Smurf...been there done that...
-
SPARKY.....what have you done with the wet cat !!!!!!!!!!!!
It's only temporary!
Good !!!
Kinda got used to the little beast....and the nightmares...LOL
-
We pay about $50.00 a month for our DSL. Add the milage of caching in New Mexico (traveling far distances to find caches), the equipment (GPS, hiking sticks, compass, camera), and if you wanted to break it down further vehicle upkeep, insurance, food for travel etc. it can add up to a decent amount of change.
SPARKY.....what have you done with the wet cat !!!!!!!!!!!!
-
OMG.....now you've done it....it was bad enuff to see that avatar from afar...!!!
