How can I get my software (Mapsource/GSAK) to load mi GPX files to my GPSr by code instead of cache name?

A Map that will show streets bette on the laptop and GPS (Etrex Vista CS). I have an old 99 Navigator software I bought but it doesn't seem to transfer to my CS. Was wondering if Delorme would work on both and accept GPX files
