  1. Thanks for the heads up... I went to the Whitby store and they had quite a few good ones... I bought two.
  2. Amanda, I would love to move your TB's along. I also have a STARGATE cache with access to other Stargate caches all over the world. If you would like me to move your Bug... just let me know. Cowboneneck (Cathy)
  3. Welcome, welcome, welcome! There are so many great caches out here. I agree with Bullfrog-Eh Team that you should start plotting from your campground and then go from there... If you are as east as Pickering and staying at the Glen Rouge campground, there are MANY right in there... also I have lots in the general vicinity as well. You can just ignore Juice Pig!
  4. I'm not sure what portion of the southwest you live in but have you heard about the STARGATE CACHES? Check out mine here in the Toronto area and it will give you a list of all the Stargate caches around the world. GC18ERP When you place a TB in any Stargate cache, it will be transported to the Stargate cache of your choice... anywhere around the world. Good luck!
  5. Landsharkz in BC or Cacher's Toybox in Ontario.
  6. Last week I found a tick on my dog for the first time. She hadn't even left my backyard! Took her to the vet and was told that this area (Pickering/Ajax) has had an increase in ticks lately. We had been camping the week prior but there were no ticks on her when we returned. This one was in the middle of her back. It was dying because she's on Revolution but ARGH!
  7. For those of you who are in the east end or happen to be caching around Pickering, please be aware that my Stargate P43079 (GC18ERP) receives shipments of TBs and geocoins fairly regularly and these travelers would like to get moving as soon as possible. I just received a shipment of 7 from Japan and they have been placed into the cache and are awaiting cachers to take them away! If you've already found this cache, please don't hesitate to stop in every now and again to pick up a coin or TB (or more) if you can help them along the way. Keep it on your watchlist and you will know when coins and bugs arrive. THANKS!
  8. I have always gotten exceptional service. I know they are heading to Geowoodstock in TN so maybe that has something to do with it.

Thanks for the heads-up. I'll keep an eye on Shadow, we've been trail walking a lot lately.
  10. Hey there, I don't know how close you are to the Pennsylvania Stargate Cache but if you can get your TB there, you can request that it is sent to my Stargate P43079 in the Toronto area or to the one in Newfoundland and it will get here quickly. GC18ERP - Toronto cache GCHXQE - Western PA cache Good Luck!
  11. I bought three of these when they first were released in the summer of 2007. I was heading to California and released two of them there. These are the funniest coins I have ever seen!!! On my TB pages I mention the story behind the coins and get LOTS of great comments about the "intelligence work" that my coins are doing! LOL!
  12. There are LOTS of us!!!
  13. If you are lucky and it's in season... Canadian Tire usually has it. Otherwise I have ordered it off the internet... Believe it or not, LLBean is fairly cheap compared to others...
  14. Bought my Oregon in August and have fallen in love with it. I purchased the micro SD card for the mapping but haven't gotten around to getting the topo maps yet. I have had absolutely wonderful results with the Oregon... especially after using the e-Trex Legend for the past year! The touch-screen features are simple to use and it will do just about anything you can imagine.
  15. Just started downloading to my new Oregon today. The only issue I've had so far is that once my Oregon wasn't "detected" but other than that, so far so good. If I have any issues I will let you know. P.S. Have you updated the software yet... there is a new update for the Oregon. You can find it on the Garmin website.
  16. Thanks everyone. I never found it but will now "borrow" it from the link that TheWhiteUrkel provided.
  17. OK... JP, what PAGE was that on??? Still can't find it and want to clip it out! Thanks!
  18. What page was that on????
  19. Don't have any to send but I will be going to Northern CA in August as well (Sacramento Area) and if anyone needs a TB or coin sent there you can contact me as well or place them in my Toronto Stargate cache!
  20. Ah, John... I'm so sorry to hear about your beloved Fraser's passing! It is indeed a sad day when one of our loving pets crosses over the Rainbow Bridge. All too soon they leave us. I hope Barnie is holding up OK. Shadow the geo-pup sends her sniffs and licks. Never knew him but would have loved him! Cathy
  21. GREAT! Bout time there was some local person to purchase these thing from!
  22. Chuck, you are too funny! Love the concept... don't know if I'll ever complete the requirements but we'll see!!! You, my friend, are a freak! (ha)
