12. WOW very cool! I've registered!!! (I don't think I've ever been "Member #2" anywhere before haha). Thanks for doing this...i already LOVE all the options on that site... This forum site is real dynamic. It allows us to expand in a lot of great ways. And it has an easier forum to navigate. No more having to scroll to the bottom of all the posts to see the newest post. And our posts can be subdivided by topics rather than all the posts under on topic. Its a little less confusing.
13. I want to toss around an idea. I know there was a CVC web-site a while ago and it didn't really pan out. I'd like to have our own organization, the Central Valley Geocachers, like the Bay Area Geocacher have. We could use it to converse with other CVCers, set up events and other random things for the CVCers only. No membership fee is required, it free but you have to sign up for the forum. LEt me know what you think. I threw together a down and dirty web-site to show people what I had in mind. We could edit it and make it what we want. The address is: www.cvgeocachers.com , check it out and let me know what you think. If you want to join just follow the instructions in the upper right hand corner.
14. I want to make a geocoin. What kind of cost am I looking at? Any success stories? And failures? And tips for me so I don't end up with a flop?

16. Just purchased a new GPS. I've been playing with a Magellan Meridian since 2003 but it died about 9 months ago. Today I purchased a new Garmin Colorado 400t. I am super excited. I've been looking at these since CES in January. I can't wait till I get it. Anyone have one? Anyone have any experiences with them?
17. I built this geo cache last week and I want to know if you guys think its cool? I'd love some feedback. [/img] [/img]
18. I have a Magellan Triton 200 GPS for sale. It is the base model in the Triton series. It is new. I opened it and loaded some Geocaches into it and decided that I'd like something with a little girth to it. Its just too small for my hand to operate one handed. It has a large color screen and is really easy to use. Comes with all the original items included in the box. I would like to recover my $99 I spent on it. Or best offer I suppose. Features Special Features Waypoint Icons, Compass, Calender Trip Computer Maximum speed, Odometer, Current speed, Time of sunrise/sunset, Track Log Waterproof Standard IPX7 Waterproof Standard, Rubber Armored Impact Resistant Plastic Battery Average Run Time 10 Hours Map Features Internal Details Display Size 2.2 in. 20. I have been looking for a Geocoin for ever. I have yet to find one though. Does anyone have any they can spare? I'm willing to pay for them. Please let me know if you know a good cache to find Geocoins in (near 95376) or if you know where I can get one. I realize their all over eBay but I hate buying one that someone is only producing to sell for a profit or one thats price is being inflated on eBay because its a "collectable" or "rare" just because they want to jack the price up. I want to find a good honest Geocoin thats traveling the country. PM me!
21. I am in need of a new GPS. I've used the same Magellan Meridian Color GPS since 2003 when I first started playing. But I'm sad to say, It is no longer with us. The poor thing was taken off life support the other day and now is resting peacefully in the bottom of my junk box. So, if you have a GPS your looking to sell e-mail me. I'd really like to buy one of those new Triton 400's, they look pretty snazzy compared to my old beater. e-mail me @ cwmehring@mac.com
