Should we make the number of pubs another cointest?

Shadow’s Friend and I are headed down under for Mega OZ 2014. We have heard that Mega OZ is another fun Mega event, so we are going to check it out. This will be the first time for us to visit that region. As some of you who know us, we are kind of event junkies, and caching comes in second, but this time we will be doing some caching. Along with caching we will be trying to see some of the wildlife native to the area. There will be a number of different cointests during our trip. All coins will be sent after our return. For the first cointest, you must guess the total number of days that we find a cache on our vacation. As tie breakers also guess the longest streak we will have on this trip. Winner will be able to choose one Geocoin from our personal coins. An example of an entry would be: 80 days of caching with a streak of 80 days. (Don’t I Wish?) Fine Print: We will not be letting Maya chose the winner. One entry per person per 24 hour. Last guess in by April 10, 214

Was the active coin the same as the coin you have? I have 3 or 4 coins that have the same number as another coin that is active. Just something to check.

Good idea, i take a seat, too Scoot over a little, please. ... any room left on that bench? A couple more spots. If anymore want to join us though I think we'll need to get another.... Bringing an extra bench and taking a seat... well.. if there is still a place to seat in the waiting room... of course if there is no seat.. I will stay standing... no problem at all.. Count me in and I bring the snack ILYM OK, but who is bring drinks?

Only one tracking number per pair. Left (black nickel) is the 'Friends of ...' $100 donation 'coin'. Middle (silver) is the Regular version. Right (copper) is the $100 'top level coin'. I think the Black nickel is the LE version "top level coin" and the Copper is the the Friends of GCF.

A vist does not mean the bug is still moving or active. Take a look at this bug TB2EJMR almost 41 pages of visiting and they the figure out that they did not have it.

In the past, next year GCF is not annouced until the end this years GCF. So I would not excect the winner to be anounce to the public until October.

I think it a little late for me, I am well into collection. So my mental health must be questioned. Very nice coin. Congrad to thoes that have recived one to keep there mental health.

We have left many of our non-trackable personal geocoins in caches, there is a note in the flip with the coin that states this has been left as swag please trade up or trade even. I normally will watch the cache after we have left one. It is very rare that it is even mention. I remember once the next person made a comment the cache was fully stocked and they did not feel the need to add anything to it, so they just took the coin. Sometime I wonder why we do it, but on the occasion that we get a note, it makes it worthwhile.

It is very rare to find a coin that can be kept. They are just like TB and they have been released to travel. It is said to see how many are coins are stolen. It is ok to collect coins that you have purchased. If you do find a coin in a cache that is for keeping, remember to trade even or trade up. Coins are vauled between $10-15.

That will depend on the person, you can always ask, or ask if there is a coin available in a store that you can purchace for them, I have done that more then a few times as we do not sell our personal coins.

Today was a great day for our mail box. It was horoned with a mailler from a very streessed out zerba. Thank you very much for such a great coin, it will make a wounderful addition to our collection. Thanks you again for such a gift.

Shadow's Friend and I are planing on attending it was fun last year. With lots of great trades. I just hope that we don't have to wear pig noeses again!
