This is along the same lines, so I will post my angst here... There is a person who is going around "finding" caches but not signing logs (others have mentioned that they haven't seen his name in logs). He "found" 2 of mine - one I've checked and his name is not in the log book, so I've deleted his "find." The other one I'll check on tomorrow. What are the bets that his name isn't there either? My name for him is The Couch Cacher, LOL. It doesn't make any sense to me that you'd fake finding caches.
