Geohounds: Kansas Division

Got my decals yesterday, very nice, thanks Phil.....

I have to disagree with them, it works fine for me, however I have gone paperless so I don't use it anymore.

just placed order for 5 of them, wish I could have gotten one in the nickel. sold out

I need a couple for our geohounds, don't they look like a pair........

Thanks for all the help with cachemate, I think I got it all figured out, I was not following the instructions correctly. Go figure

I think paleolith may me onto something, I am using firefox and it works fine.

The only way is to create a new account and then go back and relog all your caches under the new user, I just did this myself last week. Just make sure when you log under your new name you post a note in each log explaining to the owner that you have changed your user name and that is why you are posting another log. I then went back and deleated all my old logs under my old user name. With a 173 caches that is going to be a real pain, but my understanding is it is the only way.

I am trying to go paperless using my smartphone with pocket pc, I have some questions about catchemate: my first question is is there a way to add field notes? (Like what I took and left) I cannot find how to do that. I am also having trouble with multiple databases, I think I have figured out how to create them but how do you switch from one to the other in catchmate? I am using gsak and I can create a gpx file to send to the pocket pc then I have to copy and paste to the device. (have not figured out how to make it transfer during a sync) I have read the docs on the web site but they are not very discriptive. Thanks

That is strange, it works just fine here, I click on decrypt then print and they come out decrypted. I am trying to go paperless but I am having trouble getting cachemate to work for me, I also cannot get tags to work in gsak to my gpsr but thats another thread.
