I recruited one and a half. One guy moved away before he placed his cache. It was in the back seat of his car for a month. I got a newspaper reporter interested in doing an article on geocaching. So, my recruiting total might be in the thousands... or maybe not.

Actually they work okay for a while but I found that many failed to charge after only ten charges.

I placed my first geocache a couple days after I first used a GPS and before I had ever found one. I placed mine, people find it, everything is cool. I don't see what the big deal is. Just follow the guidelines, use a little common sense and get those geocaches out there!
