Anyone still having issues with this? I can't load maps or find caches via zip codes or address. Any suggestions? It's a nice day and I hate to see it wasting away....

Can someone please help me here? When I log onto gc.com on my home computer, I can access all features EXCEPT the one I really need - the coordinates. Instead of telling me lat and long, it says N ??.???? W??.???? []. I assume there is something up with my internet security features or browser, but I am not sure how to fix the problem. I am working with Internet Explorer, but I don't know what version (or even how to find that out). The same thing happens on my brand new laptop, so it could be on Verizon Fios' end, but I really don't know. I just want to cache. Please help!
