It seems someone under the alias of PIGMAN is kidnapping Travel Bugs in the Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina Area. I know he has taking several Bugs in the Area. I believe the count is at 10. PIGMAN what do you want?

I know that it would be expensive. My Travel Bug Dream. Would be travel bugs that could emit a signal that would give up it's positiocn. The technology is there. Degomi

I know it seems to be getting worse. I have good luck putting lots of contact information on Travel Bugs. Includeing a mailing address that it can be mailed too (with attached mailer), phone number, and email address. I have received two travel bugs via mail with people who never intended to go geocaching again. I think the key here is keeping the TB's small. Doug

The biggest advantage of the Tagless Bug is you could get the number INSTANTLY. You wouldn't have to wait. Many Many more TB would be out there. The metal tags are nice. I agree with everyone here that really you just want the serial number.
