Hi All, Still consider myself new I guess, more than 50 less than 100,so heres my question. All things being equal about 80% of the time I wind up approaching a cache from the most difficult side. Admittedly I don't use a topo (know how from military but this is for fun!), have both types of GPSrs and they usually agree more or less, So am I just lucky or what?? Still enjoy this alot! But sometimes I would like to post an easy one. :D

USAPhotomaps is great for figuring out the best way to approach a cache. You can use it to import the .gpx files and show the caches on aerial photos or topo maps. Still, you'll still wind up trying to get to the cache from the wrong direction now and then. Generally, if it looks like heavy bushwhacking is required, it's a good idea to look for another way to get there, because cache hiders don't want to lug the cache through heavy brush and briars, so they go in by an easy route if possible.
