+user13371 Posted October 15, 2004 Share Posted October 15, 2004 (edited) I could be wrong, but I believe Lowrance intended the odometer and "hours used" to be untouchable, as a "service record" for the unit. I didn't think resetting defaults would affect the odometer. Did that really work on yours? On the other hand, if what you really want is a trip meter, try (in advanced mode): Menu -> Menu -> Utilities -> Enter -> Trip Calculator where you can set various trip recording details, including distance measurement.
