+grimknight21
Hi there fellow Geocachers! My husband-to-be and I are both nerdy coin collectors (lol) and we've love to get our hands on some of those Geocoins. Where can we get them (besides in caches, obviously)? Do we have to get some message printed on them before we can purchase them? Thanks! Quote Link to comment
FISUR
Grim, see the geocoin section of our home page. If you are interested in purchasing pre-designed coins, check out the following coins: Texas, Canada, Green Man, Joy of Geocaching, and USA. I believe that the Oregon geocoins were once available for sale. MountainMudBug gives a good tutorial on how to make polymer clay geocoins, and Big Bad Trucker offers some good pointers for wooden geonickels. (And I would be very interested in trading a Team FISUR geocoin for an Ireland geocoin if you decide to make one.) Best wishes on your upcoming wedding. +grimknight21
Thank you FISUR. We're probably definitely going to make our own coins. BTW, my fiance is from Scotland (he's currently working in Ireland, hence the location listed) and I am from the US. Hopefully we can combine those two things and make it interesting. :-) Quote Link to comment
+SpiderWebbs
Congrats Grim! I am an American & my wife is a Scot...we say our son is an Ameriscot! Quote Link to comment
