The coordinates were given to me in MGRS. I hope someone can help me out or point me in the right direction. Thanks and here are the coordinates. If the information you gave is correct, your location is N 53* 43.635 W 102* 58.792 +/- a bit for rounding. I don't have a map handy at work. But you are looking at something in Canada. With a little more digging, I find that this point is located on a penninsula on what looks to be Saskatchewan River between the cities of Tobin Lake and RavenDale, at a smaller town called MOSSYVALE. I just went back and checked my work. And I found a disasterous mistake. I read 30U. I typed 13U. In my defense, 11 years of my mil career was in the 13 zone. None the less, an un-acceptable error.
