manpy57
When I open the Aplication of Map Source and put the pointer over a waypoint its an error of 10 miles. I explain my home for example I localize on maps with street name etc . but the pointer on aplication read other coords..If I lolize my home coords reads on GPS over the map..It put me already 10 miles away... What happend?.....(sorry my bad english) I will apreciate any help. +Rubberhead
manpy57, Your english is fine - it's your spelling that's bad. You might want to make sure that you are using the same format for your lats and longs. Such as degrees, minutes, seconds, or degress, minutes, decimal minutes, or decimal degrees. You can change the format on both your GPS unit and in MapSource. In MapSource: Edit => Preferences => Position tab then use the Grid pulldown. In your Venture: Main Menu => Set Up = > Units then use the pulldown under Position Format. I hope this helps. Quote Link to comment
