Wow! Posted January 30, 2003 Share Posted January 30, 2003 I have upgraded my software in my MeriGold in the past but I'm having trouble this time. I have downloaded ver. 4.02 from the Magellan website and un-zipped it on my PC. I have cleared menory in my receiver. And here's where the problems begin. The instructions tell me to turn on the receiver and press enter. When I turn the receiver on I have to wait through boot-up and then the legal screen comes up with the instructions to press enter if I agree. I press enter and it takes me to the initialize screen. I open the MAGUP.EXE on the PC and I get the installation screen but it is blank. When I upgraded to ver. 3.12 last year everything went like clockwork and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. This time nothing is working. Any suggestions? I would really like to use my receiver Saturday morning. Quote Link to comment
