Using his Pioneer is what made me decide not to buy one, despite low prices on eBay. Its a sequential model, rather than a parallel receiver. What this means is that it can only talk to one satellite at a time, having to rotate between them. Parallel models have 12 receivers, so they can listen to 12 satellites at a time. Sequential models are SLOW to lock in and prone to tracking errors. Buy a modern model with parallel recievers. Quote Link to comment
