Unable to get past "Save and preview" when creating a CITO

Hi,

I'm attempting to create a CITO event however when I try to click the "save and preview" button nothing happens and I can not move forward to submit the event for publishing.

I have seen others had this issue when using a URL for the  background image however I have not included any images in my listing.

One cause for this I've seen mentioned a few times in the past is not having the home location set in the account settings.

Thanks, I have the home location set still  having the same issue.
