+HuntingB Posted February 19, 2019 Share Posted February 19, 2019 (edited) Hello, I have created my first Wherigo, and after uploading it to the site, I wanted to activate it. But this is not working. So first I had uploaded the GWZ file, and then on the edit page I selected "make this cartridge available in the directory" and "cartridge is active". Then when I click on "save cartridge details" I get following error "An error has occured". (see also screenshots included). As you can see, I have twice the same cartridge uploaded, as I thought I had done something wrong the first time... Yesterday I created a request at Geocaching, and this was there response: Thank you for contacting us about Wherigo caches. At this time we not able to provide technical support for Wherigo. Please try posting your question on the Wherigo forums. These forums are monitored and can usually provide you with the best support. So, here is my question to you guys, what am I doing wrong? Ranger Fox Posted February 19, 2019 Share Posted February 19, 2019 Check to see if you’re using HTML in the two description text areas and remove the HTML if you are. That’s usually the cause of most issues on that page. Yeah, the error message isn’t helpful. The grammatical error in the email you quoted is another issue and will need to be handled by Groundspeak.
