However, neither of those member IDs appear to be you. The first member has the name "Foxxy Till", whereas the second member has the name "FoxxyTill" (no space). Are you asking on behalf of a friend? Anyway, whether this is for you or someone else, the answer is that you (or they) will need to contact HQ for help. 1 Quote Link to comment
