+sTeamTraen Posted May 21, 2016 Share Posted May 21, 2016 I just lost the long text of a log that I was writing because I accidentally hit the X of the browser tab while trying to close another. Many web sites implement the universal browser feature of detecting that the user has unsaved/unsubmitted text in a text field and giving an "are you sure?" warning, using window.onbeforeunload. This would be nice to have on the log page (and other site pages where people compose text). Quote Link to comment
