Window Error Code: 5 Access is denied

I get the above note every time I try to load a cache on my eTrex 10. I had no problem before then I did an update on the Garmin. Now I cannot load caches. I can manually which is a pain. I load the cache to the computer and then move it to the Garmin. I miss caches that I thought were loaded, it is very annoying and takes the fun out of it a bit. How can I fix this?
