?????????? Thanks x

It sounds to me like you're trying to submit a new cache for review.

What device are you using to determine the coordinates where you want to place a cache?

Are you using the new submission form or the old one?

New form:

http://www.geocaching.com/hide/cachebasics.aspx

Old form:

http://www.geocaching.com/hide/report.aspx

Here are a couple of articles that might help, assuming that you've already read the Guidelines at least a few times:

Hiding Your First Geocache

http://www.geocaching.com/about/hiding.aspx

Help Center → Geocaching → Review Process: Hiding a Geocache

4.3. Getting Your Cache Listed Quickly

http://support.Groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=77

Well, now I'm confused. You've already been able to get one cache listed: http://coord.info/GC3V6T5

I assumed that you were trying to publish a cache for the first time. Perhaps I've misunderstood your question.
