+briciz Posted November 2, 2012 Share Posted November 2, 2012 When I plug my Oregon 450t into my Macbook, 2 hard drives appear on the desktop, one is labeled Garmin and the other is labeled No Name. The No Name disc contains the City Navigator map that is loaded on the SD card installed in my GPS. Anybody know why this shows up as 2 drives? I would have thought this would be considered only one drive at this point. Quote Link to comment

I would have thought this would be considered only one drive at this point. The one labeled "Garmin" is the memory built-in to the Oregon. The other drive is, as you said, the SD card. These are two separate storage areas on the GPS, hence the two separate drives that show up when you plug it in. Quote Link to comment
