iPhone GPS not working

Recommended Posts

I recently bought the GeoCaching app for the iPhone, but it seems to believe that I am in America, when in fact I am in England. If I go to the map showing the cache, it places me in America and tells me that the cache is over 1000km away, and points at it. If I click "Find Nearby Caches" (or whatever it says) it shows American caches. On the website, my home location is set to England.

The GPS position has never moved, staying in one precise point in the States. Firstly, can this be fixed? Secondly, will the compass still work when near the cache, or will it point as if I am in America?

Thanks.

I get that on road trips.

Have you tried 'Discard Current Search'?

When I do that, the GPS tracks me to my current position.
