Event In Cuba?

I'm traveling to Cuba in in February and there are zero caches near me. I have been to this resort a few times and was thinking about a nice informal meet and greet (bug swap). Any Ideas ? Area is N19 54.861 W077 12.138 I have made a few trips to Cuba but have never been closer than 25 km from a cache. Does anyone know if a meeting like this (Event ) violate any sort of Cuban Law?
