We used it once for a road trip to Florida and a few Geocaches and then life got in the way and it has been sitting unused in the box for several months. Please see the Garmin website for full details on the unit. It works exactly as it should and has had no problems whatsoever. It was kept in a non-smoking environment. The remote has never been used.
