I recently published a Wherigo cartridge (El tesoro de la Suara). Somebody completed the cartridge and tried to upload the .gws file, but nowhere on the cartridges site he was able to see: unlock.

How can omebody that has completed a cartridge upload his .gws file?

First and foremost, the cartridge owner (you) must have added an action to the cartridge to mark it as complete. In the Groundspeak Wherigo Builder, the option is called "Set the status of a cartridge to complete or incomplete". For third-party builders, it's similar; please see their documentation. If you don't add this action, people won't be able to upload their save information.

 

Now, supposing you have in fact done this, the person can go to your cartridge's page and click the "unlock" link on the left side (it'll take you here). You then choose the "Upload your save game" link under the first option. This is the page that will allow your player to do so.
