andylphoto Posted August 27, 2009 Share Posted August 27, 2009 You can narrow it down using the approximate location, and the designation, which is stamped on the mark. It's quite possible, however, that you found one of the thousands of marks that are not in the NGS database. For more details, check out the "Read Me First" thread pinned at the top of the forum.
