+firemedic311
Just wondered if anyone had any suggestions about my GPS problem? Today I got out my Explorist 300 out of my truck (been there for about a month not being used) and the buttons weren’t working. Some of them will work but some of them won’t. Like the most important one the NAV button. I found if I use something to press real hard (like a screwdriver) it will work. I guess I need to go Garmin…… Edited January 8, 2009 by firemedic311 Quote Link to comment
+Trail Buzzards
You may get additional life out of the unit if you carefully open the unit and clean the circuit board contacts with cotton swab and alcohol. Additionally, you could try an erasure on the contacts. Be very careful not to pull the flexible circuit off the display. You will see what I mean when you get it open. Quote Link to comment
