Just bought it but I want a unit that will down laod a track log. I can't figure out how to do it with the Triton 400. Nice GPS, otherwise.

Save a track as a trail ,Then you can view it as a trail or hit goto and view it as a track and backtrack?Also great price and great unit .Have you put any maps in it.3D topo will work in it .

Thanks, Larry. I saved as a 'Trail', but I still don't see a way in VantagePoint to get a log of coordinates and time for the 'bread crumbs' of a track or trail?

Once your gps is connected to VP .Go to my gps and far left to sync and that should bring your info over.Trails POI ect.I' ll PM you with My phone number.
