+arndale
Hi, I've been looking at smartphones for a while now and nearly went for the HTC Touch Cruise, but then read lots of reports about it being slow. Now I've seen the HTC Diamond which looks brilliant. The only thing I can see wrong with it (for me), is that there are some reports that when walking with the device, the GPS does not update your position on a regular basis. Does anyone out there have one and use it for caching? I'd buy one tomorrow, but I'd really like to cache with it (as well as using it for in car navigation and all the other things it does!) Thanks Dean Quote Link to comment
+maravy
No, HTC Diamond dont use for geocaching, navigation chipset Qualcomm under 10-15 km/h not refresh data (like Sirf static navigation). In addition HTC Diamond battery power down up 3 hours max.
