+sjclimber
Is there a post/source/website/forum for hiking tracks, waypoints or routes that individuals have saved and posted as downloads for Garmin products (60 C/Sx)?? Quote Link to comment
Wintertime
National Geographic has been encouraging TOPO! users to upload waypoints and routes to their Topo.com site (http://www.topo.com/), and I think you can load them into your Garmin, but I'll let others verify that. Patty Quote Link to comment
toddm
www.motionbased.com has a lot of hiking/biking/etc. gps files uploaded to it. If you go from the main page to Trailnetwork and search on the area/trail you want etc. you can usually find a ton of data people have uploaded. However keep in mind that most of this stuff is not error checked, and it may or may not be the trail you want, etc. So it's best to take it all with a grain of salt and make sure it's right. Then you can download it in a gpx file which you can put into mapsource and load onto your gps. Quote Link to comment
