I replaced the batteries and still nothing. Tried to use the 12v car adapter, nothing. I tried to reset it per Garmins instructions (not sure if I read it right) again to no avail. Does anyone know what to do with this thing? Randy You may have had sideways pressure on the USB plug in the back of the unit.. This breaks the connection to the board.If you can, take it back and the shop will replace it.. If under the warranty still.
