+Barbarnero
So I just got my Garmin Etrex Summit HC and love it. It is very accurate and works perfect for geocaching. The only thing I am currently having a problem with is uploading a Track ,,that I downloaded from everytrail.com in .GPX format, into Mapsource. If anyone could help me with this it would be much appreciated. Thanks Barbarnero Edited February 11, 2008 by Barbarnero Quote Link to comment

+isis3d
I'm having the same problem with my etrex venture. how do I download a route and transfer to my gps? Quote Link to comment
+ergomaniac
Try bringing the GPX file into G7toWin (free download) and then re-export the track from G7ToWin to GPX format. I've used G7ToWin to sort out problems with GPX files I've downloaded that have not been readable in Mapsource. G7ToWin will support both waypoints and tracks in many formats and is fairly easy to learn. Quote Link to comment
+Barbarnero
I ended up finding a way to do it. I had to download GPSBabel(free download) and used it to convert the .GPX to a .GDB file wih is the garmin data base file type and always works with mapsource Quote Link to comment
