+Ichabod Posted June 28, 2007 Posted June 28, 2007 I recently created a kml route and then created a pocket query for that route. When I run the pocket query, I get the error below. The pocket query does run and I do receive the results. The query also appears in my pocket query list, but if I try to go into the query to edit it, I get the same error, so I am unable to delete the query or modify it. Server Error in '/' Application. Queue empty. Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code. Exception Details: System.InvalidOperationException: Queue empty. +MtnGoat50 Posted June 29, 2007 Posted June 29, 2007 There appears to be quite a few problems with "Caches along a Route". There are several threads going about these problems, but so far I haven't seen any answers. Every now and then one of the routes I create works perfectly but most of the time there's some problem. They look fine in the preview but when I save them they don't plot on the map correctly or the wpt/turn count is zero. If I delete them they still remain on the list (I started a topic about this earlier but haven't recieved any comments yet). If I try to create a PQ on one of my "deleted" routes I get the same error message you do.
+imajeep Posted June 29, 2007 Posted June 29, 2007 (edited) I had the same problem last night. I had used GE's Path tool to create the route. Turns out that GE stores a path as a track, not a route. I went back to 'Caches Along a Route' and reread the instructions--they said to use the GE 'Get Directions' feature to generate the route. Worked like a champ. Edited June 29, 2007 by imajeep
+NotMilk! Posted July 5, 2007 Posted July 5, 2007 A lot of people have commented on this same issue in the "Routes not working" thread. I have run into it myself. NotMilk!
