They try to get caches listed within 72 hours, but there is no definitive answer. Multi caches can take longer to get approved, for example. All the reviewers are volunteers, so approval can depend on their workload and availability as well.

 

What will help is to make sure you've read (and that you understand) the cache placement guidelines, and be sure to include any important extra information in the reviewer notes. List additional waypoints if the cache is a multi.

 

Oh, and remember to check the box next to "Yes, this listing is active" or the reviewer won't see the listing.
