Is GC's email server down?

I was receiving email notifications through 1:52 pm EST today and have gotten nothing since then. Just wondering if anyone was aware of the problem.

Unfortunately there was an issue today with log notifications and they were not going out for around 4-5 hours today. They are now running properly but the log entries during that time did not send out notifications.
