+SwampYankee Posted March 1, 2006 Posted March 1, 2006 Hi...I picked up a travel but today and while logging it, I stupidly clicked on the one I found yesterday. It logged it as being where the one I took today was. Its here with me. I was moving it to a different site tomorrow. Is there and easy fix to this? I was going to place in a cache tomorrow..... I can if need be drive out to the site it says its in and put it there also in the morning. Just wondering if there is a way to do it online to edit out that drop that didn't get dropped. This is the first time I had two of them at same time, and clicked on the one it showed me listed as having. My screw up...... Suggestions most appreciated........SwampYankee Quote
+alexrudd Posted March 1, 2006 Posted March 1, 2006 Just click on "Found it? Log it!" again, with an explanitory log. You have the number in front of you, so you can log it again. Dropping a bug into a cache and then immediately taking it out again isn't that bad. If you meant to drop the other travel bug, post a note and drop it with that. Quote
+BlueDeuce Posted March 1, 2006 Posted March 1, 2006 Retrieve the bug. On the bug page delete the drop and retrieve logs (of the wrong cache). viola Quote

Thanks Alex.....That was the ticket.....I retreived it back off the log, and I had it here so we are back to where we need to be....Now I just need to place it again...... It was just a stupid click on my part. I will not do that one again.....Getting Senile...... SwampYankee Quote
