Unactivated Tb

While on a cache with WildZBoy today, we found a tiny blue dino TB. When we went to log our find, we found that the TB was never activated. What are we supose to do with it??

Can you determine how long ago it was dropped and by whom?

 

Perhaps they are still trying to figure out or misunderstood how to activate it.

 

Contact them if you can, if not, post a note on the cache page.

 

Fact is it ain't a TB until it's activated.

 

After 30 days i'd send a note to gc.com and claim it.

Will GC give out the activation code or activate/assign the tag number if such a thing occurs?

 

I have no experience with this. Just curious.

Read the July 31 log by Adam_geo. It explains the problem. Tell him he can email the contact address and they can look up the activation code.

 

Also tell him its a bad idea to post the tag numbers anywhere. With those numbers, anyone can virtually grab the bug and virtually drop it anywhere, royally screwing up the mileage. He should edit that log and remove the numbers.

Thanks for moving this. After I posted it and realized where it ended up...well, let's just say I am not very computer literate... So I did put a new one in the right place but could not figure out how to get rid of this one. The owner has contacted me and the tiny dino is getting fixed. Thanks again.
