  6. Congratulations to Volvo Man, who reached 200 finds at 'Something to Remember' 3 days ago. It was only at Easter that he made one hundred - the second hundred has taken him less than a fortnight!
  7. A belated congratulation to G Force, who we see passed the 200 mark on 31st March, here's too many more, Ann and Brian
  8. During a nice weekend of caching (10 finds for Mickey, 13 finds for me, 2 DNF's and 3 DNL's), Mickey finally snagged that 200 mark she had been trying to reach all month. #199 was one of the most enjoyable virtuals I've done in a long time, CCC3: Banner Alley by freeside, followed by the champagne and party hats at #200, Save The Garden Cache by SMU & Grover. Did any one catch the party on the webcam? Tae-Kwon-Leap is not a path to a door, but a road leading forever towards the horizon.
  9. Congrats Wish I could have joined you today on this milestone!
  10. Bluehook hits 200 on GCEA59 Congratulations!!
  11. The homepage now says, "Geocaches can now be found in over 200 countries!" Very cool! I guess this means I have to update the brochure again! Bret

  13. Yesterday DeetyLong reached 200 Anyone who caches in the Central PA region knows (or should know) this cacher and some of his well thought out caches. Congrats! DeetyLong Profile
  14. I've been reading up on the Explorist 100, and the manual states that you can have up to 3 track logs with 2000 track points each. I assume these trackpoints are automatically logged as you moved along. Does anyone know how far apart the trackpoints are logged in this unit? Eg: if it is every 10 feet, the tracklog would fill up in under 4 miles. At this point can you save it to as the first part of a multi-leg route, and start a new track log? According to the specs you can save up to 20 routes in the unit, but it is unclear how long each route can be. Sorry: was in the wrong forum when I posted this, please move to appropriate forum. Thanks.
  15. Congratulations to MarkGPX who did his 200th cache at 'ALL TOOLED UP' yesterday.
  16. Sometime last week I stumbled across a post on another message board about geocaching. First time I'd ever heard of it. Well, I spent the last week reading the forums getting myself more excited by the day. My enthusiasim infected my hubby, daughter and in-laws. Yesterday we went to the library and checked out all the books they had on the subject. (Which is three, if yer wondering.) And today we hopped on down to the local GI Joes and bought our unit. More excited than two kids in a candy store we hurried home to begin playing with our new gadget only to realize we are to stupid to work the dang thing. We're a little frustrated that we've wasted another day of non caching. Can anyone tell me how do we add POI?? Thanks in advance. SP
  17. As a "UK" geocacher who has never had a find in the UK, I thought I'd blow my own trumpet here Nick, from France.
  18. The Prince of Darkness (ultimate night cacher Pyoung1s) had sped past the 200 mark!! This month's rampages include two all night sessions - the last of which started a couple of weeks ago at teatime on Friday and finished at teatime on Saturday - 22 caches, many on hills, bagged in 24 hours!! He has also met his target of bagging over 100 caches in a month! And.... all this whilst working full time inbetween caching!! Can't wait to see what he has planned for March!! Cheers! Seasider
