Terrell, Texas (east of Dallas) has an active GeoTour, I earned a really cool coin last month. The Chamber of Commerce sponsors 15 geocaches around the town and has a pamphlet listing the requirements to earn the coin. I was in town attending a convention and the registration package included a copy of the pamphlet. What a find!
