Sorry about all the confusion happening with the upgrade through the app. The team that is handling this is aware of the tangle and is working on making things more clear for everyone.
4 months later and it is still a problem. Very frustrating. This thread is the only thing that explained the problem. Come on people! Maybe the intro app should offer the PM upgrade AND the full version app to help clarify.
